Binyu Lin

Binyu Lin (b. 1999, Shenzhen, China) is an image-based artist working between Paris and Shanghai. He holds an MA in Photography from ECAL / University of Art and Design Lausanne.

Growing up in a city shaped by rapid development, his practice reflects on desire and queer experience within accelerated urban environments. Moving between cultures, he traces how desire is standardized and circulated through popular imagery, and how these images are quietly absorbed into the rhythms of daily life.
