Binyu Lin (b. 1999, Shenzhen, China) is an image-based artist working with photography and digital media. He graduated with a Master of Arts in Photography from the École cantonale d’art de Lausanne (ECAL) in 2026.

Drawing on his experience as a queer migrant, he examines how screens flatten lived experience, and how the accelerated circulation of consumer imagery shapes desire and the body. His work engages with the intertwined processes of training, labour, and consumption, while positioning himself within the systems he investigates. Through image-making, he explores the tensions between mediated experience and lived reality.
